First of all, majority of the music directors in TFI doesn’t care for lyrics or pronunciation by singers. Many of the MDs themselves are non-Telugus, making it even more difficult for them to do this. Next, directors and producers are least bothered as well. Tamil industry is the polar opposite of this, MDs, producers, and directors language kosam a daring vongobedataaru. If not, audience will screw them big time by rejecting those songs or movies. which is exactly the point i am making Nani-jee... If you train under proper (un-adulterated) teacher, you get to practice on all Telugu Krithis etc by default.. Next step, if you give concerts in Carnatic, and covering this population of kritis - you are bound to get polished over a period of time .. with the feedback.. Being ABCD in CA.. Sid is under a dis-adv with both.. My prev manager.. is a world-renowned carnatic singer. He trained under Lalgudi Jayaraman.. quit his corp job and now fulltime singing... he can speak ordinary Telugu - not understand it, but still the pronounciation is very right - pure training.. brahma satyam jagan-mithyä jivo brahmaiva näparah | ||

This guy is like ABCD .. so i guess his Carnatic training is not thorough, could be superficial.. general ga Carnatic concerts iche vallaki.. Thyagaraja, Annamayya keerthans paadi..
