I think your role requires you do this, I am assuming you are a Solutions Architect at MSFT, this positions definitely needs creating and updating KBs, Blogs, and documenting solutions for customer issues. most of the software engineers don't have to do deal with this, they spend most of their energy writing code and tests | ||
