Obamacare is legal for people who just got GC. My mistake was I did not enroll her in the time frame. That is legal and approved by Fed. anywhere from six to 12 months. My mom got in about an year. We had to submit some paper work due to a query other wise it should have been in 7 months. Spoke with some representative from Obama Care.. 1) One has to enroll between Nov 1st and Dec 15th for next year.
