While it is a homage to many monster movies, it does not have any link to t upcoming Godzilla movie. Only sad part is apart frm fanboys, not many general audience seem to know abt Pacific Rim....which is a shame. | ||

Stig in another thread covered the exact title and post I wanted to give....but still at the cost of repetition: Are you a fan of anything Monster/ Mecha/ Robo/ Anime, Movies, Comics or Del Toro/ Big Hollywood movie/ Huge action???? If yes, just rush to Pacific Rim. Heck, even if u aren't any of the above, go the nearest Imax and favour yourselves. This is wat a Big Summer Hollywood Blockbuster is all about. A dreammatch of Robos & Monsters made in hell, fantastic visuals, pounding action. Guillermo Del Toro weaves his magic & this is not even his best movie. Michael Bay can build a shrine of Toro in his house. Its flawed, but you cant afford to miss it. Take your kids if possible & watch the kid inside you jump wit joy. |
