you may see result after 4 weeks..

4000 calories deficiency is one pound weight loss. idhi gurthunchuko..

food 2k calories thisuko.. kani cardio 500calories cheyyi..

Add weights to ur gym workout.. it would build muscle which would slow down ur fat buildup if u stop cardio.

6 weeks chesi kuda em difference raaledhu ante..u are doing something wrong..

either u are eating more calories than what u are burning OR u are working out in a proper way to cut the fats in body...

first answer this question, Are you getting body pains on the next day of ur workout? Are you having Body fatigue after excercise??

Weekly 4 times 800 calories on an elliptical.. Asalu machine readout correct jkaademo anifistandi. Cut down calories I am eating too.. Weight loss eppudu choodavacchu. As a matter of fact I think I might have gained 2 pounds..
