Mav.. Reality ki.. 4k calories = to 1 lab. if you save 4k calories per week you loose 1 lab .. so healthy calories intake is 2k and you do exercise and diet for 500 calories.. per week 3500 calories save chestavu.. almost 1 lab.. more than that it is not healthy.. |
