avoid desi buffets when going solo or with close family
group tho vellina stick to 2- 3 items

weekly once or twice blowout sale type lo edi padite adi thinu..lekapote we lose motivation....nenu weekly once kummutha..last 2 months lo tagatam bandh cheyaledu (weekends must and shud jilebi adi)

but gajji kukkxa laga parigedite u will lose fat, no bones abt it..nenu ade chesedi, every alternate day 1 hr solid run or 1:15 mins elliptical (target 750 cals)....adi matter

Reality ki.. 4k calories = to 1 lab. if you save 4k calories per week you loose 1 lab ..

so healthy calories intake is 2k and you do exercise and diet for 500 calories.. per week 3500 calories save chestavu.. almost 1 lab..

more than that it is not healthy..

Fat - Dog food,
Muscle - Non veg(chicken, pork, beef)

meeru chese exercise always looks for muscle...You always prefer Non veg to dog food, ur body also works the same.

So, body maintenance is not a 1 or 2 days thing, it should be regular and your food will be under control at any time..

Your intake should be based on your metabolic rate and you know ur body better than anyone.

it needs time and dedication.

i would advise a trainer in the initial stages, drastically cuts the time, in most cases. there are some simple stuff most people need to learn for maximum benefits for the amount of time spent on sessions.

If you are serious i think u should consult a personal trainer..naku telisina person personal trainer hire chesadu.. He meets on the weekends and follows Monday to Friday..

Remarkable change vochindi thana body lo... He has no 6 pack but he is veryy fit.. ..and this guy is not even richhe makes just 100-120k.
