Its good.. just make sure its not assigned land.
all nambur area is mostly assined, thats why dev got stopped there.. otherwise great potential

Any idea on 'Namburu' area near Guntur? Is it a good place to invest on land (plots)? What is the growth potential?

Someone we know have started a venture there. Thinking of investing in few plots.
