budugu, As kathi said first go to gym and see if you like running. if it is mundane thing for you, then see what interest you. I have lethergy towards weights , so i run (ante almost 3 months break taruvatha malli start chesanu. First run with your existing shoe for a week and if you like running then buy new shoe based on your gait type
