Naaku letter ivvalsinantha avasaram ledu, it's just few transactions between me & my wife account. So I explained and cleared the problem.

It depends how you receive their questions, when somebody is asking too many questions about your financial transactions though you paid committed amount and account balance also shows more than down payment, but you feel some body is too keen about your personal information.

It make sense for them as a process but for us our mind does not accept.

its not abt legal or illegal..its abt ur credit worthiness..can this guy really payback the mortgage..naa case lo

loan teesukoni, you cant do down payment. You can only take it as gift from your relatives. IMO. Your siblings can gift you $13K/annum and they can gift to multiple people. as down payment. Friend daggara tesukunna ante, it maens that you have to repay them and that will go into decision making as it changes your debt ratio

I told him to rent it out as the community was great and house will only appreciate going forward. He tried for a month to rent it, and then finally sold it out. When I asked him about why he chose to sell it, he said "I went back to the board and I did analysis on my finances, and keeping this house would mean too much of RE holdings". correct, but what if house value (or after sale price incl. all expenses) is more than mortgage. This case, you can inherit mortgage and keep paying or sell it and take remaining balance after clearing mortgage. If you do not have will then you loose it.

If house value is less than or equal mortgage then there is no issue.
