I take 20 sec break after every one mile or 15 mins .. some time extend upt 2 miles jogging. I increase speed upto increase to 7 miles for the last 2 mins .
u try with with same equation you will end up the same anukuntunna tested in 3 dif gyms. I know what machines are showing may not be correct oka 10% error undochu ani chadiva

40mins kanna ekkuva cardio sethey u will burn muscle..try to do 2 sessions instead of 1 long session.

more importantly, cut down food intake and start eating more frequently than eating 3 big meals

T annai daily oka 6.5 to 7.5 miles jog chestunna for arouund 1.45 min burning anything bet 1300 to 1500 cal on thread mill one month lo. just 6 days matram vellaledu due to fracture in shoulder and other conditions. night just oats with yogurt .. weekends lo edo birthday partylo edo untadi mamluga kummutunna ..

just 4 lbs matrame tagga in 35 days. do you think this is good ??
