my strong suggestion would be

step 1 just start walking 2 or 3 min to get urs
legs in motion

step 2 slowly stretch urs legs while walking
i.e. make sure urs leg is going back in proper
way. you should feel pinching urs nerves
at thighs. do like this another 3 to 5 minutes

step 3 once you get feeling like yours legs got
used it then slowly start increasing speed

remember before you stop also comeback step by step

plz go to a running store and spend sometime with the ppl over there and explain what you want
they will do what they can and suggest a few models..you pick, buy, try, exchange if required
quite a usefel excersice when you think that you spend 100 dollars and took a good decision rather buying something less or more expensive based on what someone like me is telling

boorks revanna3 or adrinaline gts 13 bavunnayi,GAIT test chesukuni teesuko..
cushoining is very important for running shoes..

try running out side,you feel lot different than tread mill..

first lo water loss untaadhi so faster wt loss next slow rate
ayina if wt loss is your goal , you have to also factor in how, what, when you are eating
as long as you see positve gains, dont think much abt numbers and stick to what you are doing "sincerely"

freinds 3 mines 24 mins lo kodatha amtaa unnaru..ante avg na 7.5 speed meeda 24 mins kottinattu...asalu elaa paaazible anedi naaaku ardham katallle...27.45 mins for 3 miles is my best so far...aaa 24 reach avalani chosthanna ippatlo ayyettu kanapadatledu...
