my strong suggestion would be step 1 just start walking 2 or 3 min to get urs legs in motion step 2 slowly stretch urs legs while walking i.e. make sure urs leg is going back in proper way. you should feel pinching urs nerves at thighs. do like this another 3 to 5 minutes step 3 once you get feeling like yours legs got used it then slowly start increasing speed remember before you stop also comeback step by step Happy running  Life is Race.
