the secret of YSR's success is that he makes everyone feel that they are very very important....he gave great respect to all the officers, beurocrats...officers enjoyed the respect and worked their asses off...unlike sham babu who is good for nothing but still wants to project that he is the only one working and everyone else is just snoozing off.
