750 sq yards = 750 * 9 = 6750Sqft

floor ratio rule of thumb ga 2 theesukunte 6750 * 2 = 13500 sqft construct cheyataniki permission vasthundhi

13500 + 13500*20/100 = 16200 sqft is what max he can sell...

Emc2 350 sqyards konadu anukundham as promised he will get 3500 sqft
migatha 400 sqyards owner ki 4000 sqft ivali

but builder construction meedha karchupetedhi atleast 13500 * 1000 = 1.35 C
add .15C establishment charges to the actual construction cost will end up at 1.5C

so builder ki scales valla vachedhi 8700 * 2500 = 2,17,50,000
