It is myth that you should not do job during gap. // payroll should not run during that period . that is not a myth. you can take a loss of pay time off depending on the rules of the company. | ||

first, do not delay in applying for renewal. One should apply for renewal in advance (90-120 days) before EAD expires. In case if you do not apply that advance, and your ead getting expire, what to do? realty is: Your employer may ask renewal notice and keep going. There is absolutely no problem with it. You can do your job. period. If your employer threaten to terminate, take a letter and fax it to 402 219 6171 for expedite. You should be ok. It is myth that you should not do job during gap. I just coming from USCIS office and above is the information. My employer is ok with my renewal notice. I am good. |
