Yes, but molecular structure is important kadaa.. as the easier the molecular bonding, the safer the body to break them. Molecular bonding order - Proteins > Carbs > Fats.

So, body takes less energy to break a 1mole of fat than 1mole of carb. Am I right?

cholestral is only a problem if u not having active life style..

I eat 200 gm to 250 gm or protien every day..andulo i get 200 gm of protien from meat. all my fat colories come from animal fat or avacado or nuts or fish oil or oliveoil.. I eat 100 to 120 gm of fat.. out of that I get 50 gm of fat from animal (beef or byson or lamb)..I am perfectly fit...no cholestoral issues

eat protien with fat..digestion easy..fat helps to digest your protien..fat helps to burn fat..

Eat 5 to 6 meals a day. last meal should be 3 hours before sleep. avoid white rice
Eat lots of vegetables, some fruits and nuts

If you are a non-veg guy- eat chicken breast, shrimp, fish..(salmon/halibut are better)

Workout -
6 days a week - Cardio minimum 45 mins (1 week treadmill, 1 week steps, 1 week elliptical machines - rotate these if possible or stick with 1 if you do not have all the machines)
If you can't work for 45mins, reduce the intensity but do it for 45mins.. or try to increase the time daily. For eg. day 1- 30 mins, day 2- 32 mins , once you reach 45mins to 1 hour, increase the intensity of the workout. i.e, running/walking fast..
3 days a week weights - quads, chest, arms, abs(abs - u can do this daily at the end of the workout)

Of all the above, emphasize on the first 2 lines of this post.

I do nutrition scienece research and very very up todate on this. I follow all research papers..

as i said too much is bad...but workout cheyakunda thinte dandaga..

What ever cut you buy, still bad. I have a mini grill and buy lamb chops. I can see the fat burning out of the grill and its just humoungus amount. Lamb fat sticks to the meat and it looks like protein - pretty hard fat. I cant imagine my body digesting it.. yukkk..

Bottomline, avoid lamb/goat. Stick to chicken or fish [better]

too much of cardio is bad..

to some people treadmill has bad effect on thier knees.. eleiptical is good...

when you run, your whole body weight is 7* on your knees..same when u squat..

so weak knees, or weak quads unnavalaki knee problem vasthe ravchu not fopr all..

elliptical is good on knees..

but edi ayina thiga cheyakoodadu..ur body gets adadpted..so mix and match..do HIIT its very good

once you reach your wt goal, you can crank up the speed and do real cardio at higher heart rates

Intially, just go on a treadmill and do it for as long as you can..even if it means you have to walk..

normal metabolism kee the body can process easily 20g per meal...we dont need a bouncer body for dat
onlooker cheppinattu if KB is eating meat regularly he doesnt need muscle milk etc...once he loses weight and wants to gain more strength he can pile on

but if u want to lose fat, u will be doing good amount of cardio for which u will need muscle strength ( combo of protein and carbs)

I do on the same day. Treadmill meeda oka 7mins urkutaa and weights on 4 different machines for about 20mins. Weekly 4 times [max].

nenu 45 min weights....and 30 min cardio chesthanu...cardio is a must as you'd have to eat 6 meals a day...

yup, protein builds muscle..any workout be it cardio or weights will effect muscle growth...doesn't mean u will need a bigger shirt in 2 weeks
when u workout, ur body needs protein intake to sustain muscle stress/growth else u will lose muscle along with body fat...end of the day u will feel weak
