Small companies with size of non-founders greater than 30, we can apply these methods. The biggest question is whether the retaining costs lower than new recruits.

Never thought of this angle.
worked on loyalty models and chrn models but never stuck to me that we could apply this for employee retention.

But, this can be useful only for bigger corporations with significant sample data because for SMBs, the sample data is not significant enough to get a good model.
