Gata 2 months gaa we are trying to obtain verizon fios internet connection. no luck so far. eppudu fone chesina, edo engineering problem undi antar. they are insisting on us taking the entire bundle (tv, phone and internet). lekapote oka installation date istaru and no one turns up. when we call up they say shortage of equipment or some engineering issue. i have decided to complain against their customer service. what is the best place to do so? as of now verizon is the only service provider in the area. we reached out to comcast but they are still doing site surveys as of now  |
