I just received an RFE on my 485(EB3 March 2003),not sure what triggered this RFE.Did anyone received same RFE from NSC? Recently I have applied for my EAD renewal to NSC and still I'm waiting. Same time TSC ki apply chesina friend EAD approve chesi card mail chesaru. NSC tho ido pedda problem. Please let me know if anyone of you or your friends got same kind of RFE ? Already I'm working with my attorney, but trying to know form DB friends. Here is the RFE info: 1.Properly Completed G-325A form ,biographical Information Sheet, for yourself 2.You must sumbit a currently dated letter from your employer,describing your present job duties and position in the organization,you prooffered position(if different from the current one), the date you began employment and the offered salary.This letter has to signed by an executive or office of the organization who is authorized.the letter must also indicate whether the terms and conditions of your employment-based visa petition (or labor certification ) continue to exist. |
