The client is looking for the consultant to do their South American Implementation/Rollout for their HR dashboard & reporting. The consultant will need to come in gather requirements, tweak the design, do development in the metadata layer, and setup currency conversion. The client is also looking for the consultant to be able to add content to their custom datawarehouse by building star schemas. The reason that they have not made an offer is because the candidates that they have interview are not experts in all of these areas. Some are more architects and do no development and some are just straight developers. This doesn't work for them Environment: OBIEE 10.1.3.3, 10g DWHS, Oracle EBS 11i, and OWB. MUST OBIEE Architect/Design Experience Datawarehousing experience Metadata Development Experience Extensive experience building Star Schemas Experience with Multi Currency Multi Lingual configuration within OBIEE They also want to see a Siebel Analytics background.
