All they need is I94 number.

As long as they have the same number. just the last one would be sufficient.

But, due to some errors, some times people receive different I94 numbers in the sequence you described. In that case, drop the latest I-94's with each number.

First I94 which was for 6 months....next h1 apply jesinappudu new i94 with same number...next h4 ki change ainappudu new i-94 with same number vunnayi...

now while leaving USA, which one has to handed over back to airline agent ?
