Megastar-turned-politician Chiranjeevi lost his temper on Thursday and cancelled almost all his five public meetings in Rajahmundry. Why? "We don't know the reasons. From the morning he is irritated. During the workers' meeting also, at one stage, he showed his ire on workers. We have no knowledge what happened to him," senior party leader A. Sridhar said. Chiranjeevi was to address a media conference at Barlapudi Kalyanamantapam at 3 p.m., but surprisingly around 4 p.m., the PRP senior leaders started the conference without Chiranjeevi. When press people asked about Chiranjeevi's presence, the leaders replied that he was not attending for 'some reasons'. The media personnel were later asked to go to Devi Chowk to cover a live programme of Chiranjeevi. However, after some time, Chiranjeevi appeared on the dais of meeting hall with folded hands and left for Kovvuru (West Godavari) without making any announcement. The leaders of PRP on enquiry said that all the meetings in the city stood cancelled.
