chekkalu ante different, avi pieces pieces ga chestaru from the start I think, tapala chekka ante, they make the ingredients as paste and use that to coat the insides of a vessel and put it on the poyyi to bake it. after slow bake it will be ready to eat. danni appudu teesi tintamu. i am not sure if this is the way chekkalu are done.
