If i can get them to 1500 or so then i will break-even in less than 4-5 months. Also, If you have already owned your house for more than 7-8 years then it may not be a good idea to re-fi unless you can cut the loan term to 25 or less. I think it is time to go for re-fi on your home loans (if u r @ 5% or more). Interest have fallen sharply in last few days. I just locked in the rock bottom rate (i guess) earlier i was paying 5.5% on 5/1 ARM Now re-fi'ed it for 3.75% Saving of 400 bucks a month... CHASE vaadu too much rates offer chesthunnadu.
