The only difference between LV and MaxVision is Cost. (Max is little expensive)

MaxVision is more reputed in LASIK procedure than LVPEI.

Lasik lo, indulo ninchi konta part laser tho cut chestaaru. surgery tarvaatha inka thin ayipothundi pupil. anduvalla Indians ki peddagaa useful kaadu ani chadivaanu ekkado. If the short sight power is high, u can go for it.

You might want to go for an initial consultation where they can tell you how successful the correction can be depending on your power and other factors. I think it will cost Rs 20k for both eyes in India and about # 3-5k here in US
