He doesn't know the reason. The company recieved the letter 3 weeks back and the resposible person is on vacation. When he contacted them yesterday for something else, he got the reply today by saying his LCA got denied. Today is the last day to respond. | ||

mav somecases purely rejected becoz of negligence of attorney. to include those Magic Words forgetting or inproperly defining the Experience criteria etc. in that case MTR badulu, refile chesthe saripothundi. approval vachesthundi. but if its FUndamentally something wrong with that job/profession etc.. then refiling also wont solve. better to file with another desi-guy. Reason denial is very important to take further action | ||

Why? You can still go for both the options if you apply new PERM from a different company (works only if it is a desi firm with contacts). H4 ki shift ayye chance vunte (if he is married) then new PERM is good option anukuntaa... these days it is taking 8-9 months for new PERM apps ani vinna. LCA denial meeda MTR open cheyamani cheppandi... MTR result ki 1-2 years easy gaa padutundi. MTR pending ani h1b ext possible emo try cheyochu... Immediate gaa kotha PERM file cheyandi from a desi company. Luck baavunte DEC lopu approve avvochu... then you can get 140 in premium (2 weeks) If new perm doesn't get processes by dec then he can switch to H4 till PERM gets approved. My cousin's PERM LCA Denial ayyindi. He came to US in Dec'2004, So by Dec'2010 6 years complete avutundi. What options he have? Can he apply for new H1? or india vellipovala? Please give some suggestions. |
