హైదరాబాద్, ఏప్రిల్ 19 (ఆన్‌లైన్): కర్నూలు జిల్లా దిన్నెదేవరపాడులో 42 ఎకరాలను పట్టా భూములుగా పేర్కొంటూ జిల్లా రెవెన్యూ అధికారులు ఆదేశాలు జారీ చేయడాన్ని సవాల్ చేస్తూ హైకోర్టులో దాఖలైన పిటిషన్ సోమవారం విచారణకు వచ్చింది. ఈ పిటిషన్‌ను విచారించిన హైకోర్టు ప్రధాన న్యాయమూర్తి నిస్సార్ అహ్మద్ కక్రు, న్యాయమూర్తి పీవీ సంజయ్ కుమార్‌లతో కూడిన డివిజన్ బెంచ్ దీనిపై ప్రభుత్వానికి నోటీసులు జారీ చేసింది<br/>

కర్నూలు జిల్లాకు చెందిన బి.వెంకటేశ్వరరెడ్డి ఈ పిటిషన్‌ను దాఖలు చేశారు. రెవెన్యూ అధికారులతో పాటు రాష్ట్ర గృహ నిర్మాణ శాఖ మంత్రి శిల్పా మోహనరెడ్డిని ప్రతివాదులుగా చేర్చారు. కర్నూలు పట్టణానికి సమీపంలోని ఈ భూమి ప్రభుత్వ బంజరని, దీనిని 1962- 1991 మధ్య భూమి లేని పేదలకు అసైన్డ్ చేశారని పిటిషన్‌లో వివరించారు. 1996లో మంత్రి ఈ అసైన్డ్ భూములను కొనుగోలు చేసి, పలుకుబడితో రిజిస్ట్రేషన్ చేయించుకున్నారని చెప్పారు
