Mother of all receptions at Taj Krishna It was a grand gala reception of Sania Mirza and Shoaib Malik at Hotel Taj Krishna on Thursday evening. And those went inside said it can be called mother of all receptions. A gorgeous looking Sania in red-golden salwar kameez and Shoaib in crystal white sherwani were the cynosure of all eyes. But one must say that Sania’s sister Aman Mirza was looking prettier than the bride. A number of VIPs arrived on the wedding reception, including politicians N Chandrababu Naidu and T Subbarami Reddy, K Venkat Reddy and Owaisi brothers, Bollywood and Tollywood stars (of course, no Amitabh or Sharukh Khan were spotted) including Nagarjuna, Amala, Mohan Babu and Raja Murad, businessmen across the country and who’s who of Hyderabad’s page-3 people. The menu was outstanding with 23 types of dishes: apart from mouth-watering Hyderabad biryani, kaju mutton shorba, patthar ka gosht, corn fish, dumka murgh, golden prawns and whole sheep biryani. The unfortunate ones are the media persons who have been waiting outside the hotel with empty stomach and thirsty throats. |
