Delhi airport scanners will find your ‘assets’ explosive

New Delhi: The silicon implant may have made you look ‘explosive’ but that compliment may return to haunt you while flying out of Delhi in a few months. Indian authorities are planning to install body scanners at Delhi Airport on a trial basis from July and some manufacturers have told them that scanners will not recognise silicon implants. Along with other surgical implants like pacemakers, artificial valves and orthopaedic devices, the scanner will point them out as something concealed on the passenger’s person and requires a closer look!
