140 within six months for labor approval file cehyaali or the labor will go invalid the other day u can do is you can port your current priority date on your eb3 to eb2 while filing the 140 after yo get your eb2 approved that way you will ge ahead in the line but yes labor approve ayyaaka it's better u are here while 140 is being filed | ||

if you are in india usually no one will revoke your h1, but again given the current cirucumstances if you are gone for so long they might you can keep your eb2 date valid though inka back vacheppudu issues ante if you are working for the same company in india as here there wont be much issues, but if you work for someone else and port of entry lo questions esthe justify chesukogalagaali bottom line ippudu unn paristhithi lo edi cheyatam safe ante emi cheppalem you do what you have to do and then leave the rest yo your luck it all may change soon hopefully and sanity is restored to immigration | ||
