NREGS is dubbed as NRCS - National rural corruption guarantee scheme on some right wing blogs.

I read this guy's blog regularly and found his thoughts convincing , granted he is BJP supporter and congi hater but his points seem valid to me.

2. Grama Sabhalu. Sarpanch year ki two times conduct cheyyali mandatory ga. People can attend their grama sabha and ask any questions.

This is a good sign.
