Ask your employer if the company is in employer database.. they might know.. In this db, there's always someone watching you!!  | ||

in this month. I heard that Consulate is going to check some "Employer Database" to verify information online and if our Employer is not part of that, Visa Stamping is deplayed. Any iNFOMRATION ON what is the database and how to check it ?}if your H1B Petition was approved after apr 2008, you dont have a reason to worry abt PIMS Database verification....which i believe, is your case.. coincidentally, i got my 1st visa extension stamped @ nogales  | ||

Hi I have planned for H1B Stamping in Nogales {2 nd time} in this month. I heard that Consulate is going to check some "Employer Database" to verify information online and if our Employer is not part of that, Visa Stamping is deplayed. Any iNFOMRATION ON what is the database and how to check it ? |
