sad 2 hear mama abt ur buddy ... yes nuvvu cheppina case lo aithe the girl did not love or respect ur buddy's love ... though there are extreme cases like these I was talkin more in a general tone ... like there has to be a reason and a good solid one for a girl/guy to leave their loved ones for others (sometimes not necessarily for others but for themselves to be alone and pursue other things in life which they think wud not be achievable if they are 'bound' by love) ... life is strange ... ppl are complex and no one is at fault if one pursues their goals in life and we cannot be judgemental ... even if love is 'slaughtered' in the way imo. ... key is "all of a sudden" mama ... tht sux big time if a person does tht ... well life is unpredictable but this is the worst case if someone just leaves u one fine sunny morning ...  but few days after feeling depressed ... revengeful ... frustrated (when talks to re-ignite the 'lost' love fail) ... wht can the guy/girl who had to face the worse thing in their life do? ... we can't stop lovin tht person who 'hurt' u ... key is how soon u bounce back to lead a close to normal life ... if the same thing happened to me I wud be devastated but after a cpl days or week ill think of the future (though this is very hard to do and it depends frm person 2 person) ... life is short any policy meeda focus chestha ... its hard but what other choices do u have? There are chances tht I too may be at fault for her decision ... faults she might not express. At the end of the day ... it comes down to how u detoxify ... just like quitting smoking cold turkey ... u follow the phases: denial (u think tht she did not leave u and everythin is untrue), anger (u think tht y this is happening to u), bargainin (u try ur best to patch up but usually this does not work), depression (the worst phase - tht u lost her forever), and acceptance (u find the inner calm and accept tht now life has to go on without her) ... how soon u find tht acceptance phase is the key to calmness n depends on ur attitude towards life in general | ||

I think sometimes even if u love a person dearly, its ur priorities that drive u to make decisions in life ... in this case u simply cannot put a blame on the girl ... the guy who was married to tht girl also shud not feel cheated coz its not his fault tht the love was not that 'strong' enuf ... its not his fault tht the girl cud not stick with him ... nor was it his fault tht he cud not live up to her expectations even if he loved her. It was just a nature's course as another person's mind and emotions cannot be fully controlled by love alone ... the power of love tends to fade away ... n just coz u love someone does not mean u have to sacrifice ur other priorities n desires in life coz u r 'bonded by love' .... thts y they say .... if u love someone dearly just let them go n if they return then they love u as much as u love them ... but usually even if the girl returns to her ex ... if the ex treats her with scorn the he does not love her ... love shud transcend scorn n shud strive on forgiveness imo. For all those who say/agree we cannot analyse or calculate suitability factor, isn't the heart technically/theoretically incapable of "feeling" love? It is still the brain where "love" originates. As much as poets/writers romanticize love as being born in the heart, it is the mind/brain where love originates. Love at first sight, as romantic as that sounds, still has everything to do with the brain and how it perceives some one. To me, love at first sight is a lot like how Douglas Adams says we can fly! I am paraphrasing him : To fly, you must go to a vantage point and jump off and hope that you miss the ground. I personally think love at 1st sight is a lot about your brain subconsciously processing up attributes you rate highly. For most people looks/physical part is high up on the attributes and hence most consider it very closely related to love at 1st sight. that almost always is the case ... but I was wondering whether the term 'sacrifice' can be used here ... since the love for the first person whom you are married to is supposed to 'diminish' and u cannot be with the other person u r crazy for ... hmmm i do believe in love at first sight ... but when it grooms into the next level its more sweeter ... love can happen to anybody at any place n on any day .... and sometimes appearances do matter ...can't deny that. ...the mood of ppl at the 'first sight' is also important in sealing the perfect moment ... if u r sad, tired, angry, or irritated your dream man or dream girl may pass you by without you even glancing back ... the state of mind is imp to knock the doors of ur heart ... how do u kno u fell in love at the first sight .... u feel the butterflies in ur stomach .... everythin around u feels like divine and you know it is love and u just hope tht the person u fell for sticks around forever and tht moment shud freeze for eternity ....and yet when i felt this way (in 8th class when a new girl joined class) ppl dismissed it as infatuation ... i was petrified to even talk to her ... well I do regret it now ... but this is remenescing always makes me smile ... added her on facebook recently thts the best day of my life though she moved on ... has a bf etc ... i still love to see her updates often (not stalkin though) and smile ... n I shud stop talkin to my gf abt her or else she wud leave me for being obsessed haha | ||
