2006 Memorial Day ki trip vesaamu, MS friends re-union. We had fun. Oka boat lo morning ocean loki teesukelli poyaaadu. Akkada raka rakaala water sports. Lunch (free) grill meeda chesi ichaadu. nenu last year vocchanu, one day we drove to Miami in the evening spent some time there, then 3 days trip vesamu Key West, it was really awesome, parasailing chesanu, it was fun, initially koncham scary anipinchindi aa etthu chusi, paiki vellaka lokam lo iddaramey vuntey elaguntado ala anipinchindi, went national park on the way to Key West, took a boat ride with mirror in the bottom, it was really fun, 2 hours trip adi, enjoyed a lot, sea facing resort vokati vundi Key West ki koncham dooram lo akkda stay chesam it was awesome stay for 3 days, Last lo Key West desi restaurant lo Prawn Biryani thinnanu, chala baga chesadu vadu... i went to key west with friends 3 years back....it was awesome ...liked everybit of the drive ..as u said drive should have breaks just to enkoy stopping and watching the sea or people fishing....para sailing was scary for me....won't say i enjoyed it....night life was good especially the restaurants and cigar shops...only low point was we missed the sunset at key west due to a sudden thunderstorm....heard they had better packages for water sports recreation and good boats these days | ||

Couples shouldn't miss this trip. Families can also have lot of fun if you have older kids i guess (4-5+) It's been more than 4 years since we went there but the memories are still fresh in my mind. We spent couple of days in Miami and then drove to Key west. It was a beautiful drive. We rented a convertible car to have more fun. It was worth it. You have to drive close to 100 miles on route 1 to get to Key west. 100 miles drive total gaa islands, long bridges on ocean meeda velthundi. Some of those bridges are 7 miles long. If you are in convertible car, you can look around 360 degrees... all you can find is water... Amazing view. There are lot of scenic rest areas, beaches if you want to take a break. Finally, if you are lucky, you can see a beautiful sunset in the evening from the south (towards west) most point in the key west. BUT remember one thing - Final point lo super vuntundi anta ani non-stop drive cheyakandi... you might get disappointed in the end. Secret lies in the drive not the destination. You would have more fun if you drive slow with small breaks etc If god doesn't like the way I live, let him tell me, not you |
