TDP to float Telangana Porata Samithi Staff Reporter WARANGAL: The Telugu Desam Party (TDP) will float a frontal organisation, Telangana Porata Samithi, after the Assembly sessions and take forward the ongoing separate Telangana movement, said TDP legislator Erabelli Dayakar Rao. Students and active youth in mandals would be involved in the frontal organisation and its activities. Mr. Rao said it was the Telugu Desam which raised its voice against the discrimination on irrigation projects. âWe launched a national-level agitation against Bhabli projects and it is my party which forced the Chief Minister to move a resolution on free zone the other day,â he pointed out. TDP is doing more work highlighting the problems of Telangana than the parties which claim to be espousing the separate Telangana cause, he said. Mr. Erabelli Dayakar Rao appealed to people not to doubt the credentials of the party over the Telangana issue as it has already made its stand clear. |
