may be I am confusing GM diet with cabbage soup diet. may be they both are same at some level. my cousin tried one of those and another guy in my aapice tried one of those. both lost 5 kg or 5 lb.

regarding effects on skin - they never talked about it.

try it out and let us know how it worked for you. oka one week detox valla skin improves forever? That's hard to believe.

You can try it. I know someone who did it and she said it was hard to not drink coffee and it was hard to eat fruits the whole day, but she lost 5 or 6 lb in one week.
