guys know many things by going out into society..but the case is diff with woman ------------------------------------------------------------ --- Aside from your blanket statements, here is another point. A while back someone asked me "r u a male or female, you post in male threads, but you sound like female". Whatever is the reason that question was asked (which didn't bother me), why are people expected to be in certain threads only? A woman let's say tries to discuss anything under the sun (other than •••• threads and A threads) she doesn't have to answer a question like why are you in male threads. If she can't discuss and learn, she will end up one of your "women don't know much" kind of person. This is the issue with our society. We brand people. We make expectations and limitations. If I post in drinking threads about my favorite drink a lot of people eyebrows will hit the sky. We don't have these issues with American or western women. But we do with Indian females and India. No wonder we need reservations for women in our politics too. | ||

I honestly don't understand why reasonable people make these blanket statements. I am sorry if that sounds harsh. If you look at India right now, who is listening to our PM? or our CM? Look at 11/26, look at the n number of problems we are having. Can you still say that having an all male loksabha or assembly somehow better? Gender does not define leadership. Leaders are not born. They are made. Anyone can learn and be better and lead, they just need a chance. | ||
