He will get a L1 for 3 years. so that his wife can get L2. but i dont know why he is opting that. He can do a H1 for his wife. He can remain H1 . L1 is too much of restriction, project lekunte, immd ga india pampinchetsharu. they L1,L2 rendu pothai. wife H1 unte, h1,h4 combination tho survive avocchu till a good jobs comes.
