If it is Scrum and Scrum Master is at some remote location, this is very very bad setup. If you are just coordinator at a remote location it can be ok. But if you are in coordinator-consultant-leadership role remotely, it will be absolute hell for you. If you are ok with not having a life outside work then this is ok. | ||

My biggest issue is the time difference. yeppudu phone chestaro teliyadu. baga hard work chestaru kani, sarigga escalate cheyyaru issues. yedayina peekala meedaki vache daka complain cheyyaru. And then it's a major emergency. | ||
