Got an update today.
Good news is my friends' cousin's mom is ready to donate her kidney to her daughter. Their blood group matched and Doctor's are working on some tests on their aunt. It may take a week or two to get an update if she can donate or not.

Another update is his cousin will be treated at Hyderabad Yasodha hospital only ata.
