dont know what he is doing...sasthunna e desi h1b companies thoti.... he started like this few months ago... mundu regular ga every paycheck base salary paychesi migathi balance as a bonus he pays it after the vendor pays.... but nowadays, every paycheck he splits it into 2 one as base salary other as perf bonus | ||

My company issues 2 paycheques every fortnight. One half is base salary and remaining amount as Bonus. Whats the benefit to the employer by doing so ? is this legal ? another thing he withheld about 11% federal. because of which i am having to pay a huge amount back to the government. deentlo kuda emanna benefit unda employer ki ? |
