Jalsa, I do weights two times a week. After that I do treadmill for 40 minutes.

The other days I just do cardio - 25 treadmill, 25 elliptical. By the time I finish treadmill my heart rate is pretty high, on elliptical I burn at a much higer rate. Does it work like this for everyone? I don't know. Adding this here in case Jeter bro comes after me with both guns blazing :-D

Some days I do rowing machines. This thing I am still get into it, so I don't enjoy it so much.

It doesn't matter if you burn those calories in 30 mins or over a period of time; on a treadmill or in your backyard or on the street or in the bedroom.

If calories burnt are greater than caloric intake, weight loss is inevitable.
There are no different strokes or differing strokes to this.

Again, I'm talking only about exercising for weight loss; not for cardiopulmonary fitness.

over the years I had 3 different trainers. None of them said to me spend 2 hours burning 600 calories. At the end of the day different strokes for different folks. High intensity workout works best for me.

as long as the calories burnt in a day are greater than the total caloric input, you are gonna lose weight...

500 calories in how many minutes? Try to do intervals of high intensity workout - meaning 3.5 lo 5 minutes nadiste 4.5 lo 3 minutes parigettandi. You can feel it in ur heartbeat when u do high intensity workout.

For lunch and dinner rice cut chesi oat meal with curry tinataniki try cheyyandi. Don't eat indian chicken, mutton curries which are full of oil. Try to eat grilled chicken and lots of nuts etc. No whole milk or whole milk yoghurt.

Make sure to drink 2 liters of water everyday and don't eat 2 hours before going to bed. They say b-complex vitamin helps with reducing weight. inka green tea reduces belly fat anta. rojuki yenni liters green tea tagalo cheppala :-)
