yes. but thats enough to schedule a CP. once your scheduled, your fine.

even if dates retrogress and go back, you will go ahead with interview and finish it.

CP aithe, current avvagane, interview schedule chekuni doookatame..

mvsr. consular opting is a process where by after u complete labor,I140 you will be directed to a consulate outside USA to get the GC(immigrant visa).

CP lo ADjustment of status concept ledhu.. that is you wont have a EAD kind of setup in between.

The only advantage is after labour,I140 and some time lapses like 6 months etc

if DATES BECOMES CURRENT OR YOUR PD whichever, CP scheduling can be done.

just before the interview medical certificates teeskovali.
disadvantage : Your GC will be approved after a thorough INTERVIEW at consulate.
some may want to avoid it.
