i left my previous company after my labour was approved.so person who used that labour has EAD ante, he must have his 140 approved kada ? | ||

my previous lo, vochina labour was approved and that labour was issued to another employee who got his EAD using that labour My current PD which january 2008, 140 already approved. so that question is previous labour which was already used by someone else, can i still use that PD? | ||

In 2006, the company i was working for filed gc eb3. after i left the company, my labour was approved which was later used by another employee who has already got EAD can I port that labor to my current PD (my current company filed EB2) |
