Guys..I have a question here: My wife went to India, she is on H4 right now (She was on F2 before, recently H4 approved). I am on H1 now, (before F1-OPT). Visa expired for both of us.Initially I had a plan to go back to India and we both plan to get the visa stamped. But now it looks it is not possible due to my work. Can she alone go to visa stamping for H4, even though my visa is expired, and my H1B is not stamped, and while I am here. Will it become a problem for her stamping?What docs she needs to carry?
