You can show that your Tranfer Petition was pending you you were not out of status. If you donot reply ro USCIS, your I 129 petition will be abandoned and thus denied. You can thus continue to go with the 2nd employer who is going to file your H1 transfer (there is nothing like transfer, it is just a new H1. catch is that your H1 expired on Dec 21 and you will be out of status if you abandoned the original H12 transfer. Can I have mutliple H1 transfers at the same time. My 1st H1 was expired on Dec-21. On Dec-10th I have applied for a transfer to a different company, and the INS people put an RFE asking for the client letter and other documents. And the due date for the RFE is March-8th. Yesterday, I got a full-time offer from some other company and they r willing to do the H1 transfer. Is it possible to have mutilple H1 trasnfers? I am currently working on H1 receipt form the first transfer. Please advice. | ||

Congrats cheppakandi, siggu yesthundi. Thoti friends andariki GC undi.. This is my 2 nd extenstion. Thread yenduku vestunnanante just to let you people know that approvals are coming in but slow and requires correct documentation. Maa desi employer said that he will not extend my H1 but asked me to work on EAD which I did not like ( I am not sure if it makes any difference). The only reason I did not want to go on EAD is because if my 485 is denied, I need at least couple of months to pack up ( I definitely will not again file my GC from the scratch if my pending 485 is denied) Coming to the documentation, my client has provided the client letter, and there is no middle layer between my client and my desi employer. So we have direct PO and client agreement with the services provided by me which were submitted while applying for my H1 extension. It too almost 10 weeks foe approval in normal processing. I hope this will be my last H1 extension. |
