Here is high level summary:

1. USCIS recognized that memo has caused some unintended consequences.

2. Argument from health-care H1B supporters was very strong. I personally believe they got the hold on show.

3. Arguments from IT staffing people were too lengthy and strayed at times.

4. 95% of people tried to make a point that this memo is essentially "Staffing business killer" and the message was conveyed well.

5. USCIS said that they are going to discuss the things among themselves and schedule another meeting on 1st March.

6. USCIS people made very clear from beginning that they were there just to listen and tried to avoid answering as much as they could.

7. There was representation from anti-immigrant organization against H1B on its existance but there were no representation from pro-immigration organizations like IV who only believes in collecting money but didn't bother to even listening what USCIS wants to say. SHAME ON US AS COMMUNITY.

Lets see what happens on 1st March but as I conclude this call as first step of win to health people - doctors who are H1B for sure. Employer-Employee relationship needs to be re-defined.
