Barefoot running evaranna chesthunnara ?

Been there since the start of time, but recently gained resurgence. Sneakers, Cushioned shoes vesukoni long term running valla injuries perugthayi - barefoot, with out shoes chesthe manchidi ani latest research and chala mandi olympic long distance runners are practicing this

Last month Nature lo oka paper publish ayindi- How padded shoes change biomechanics- to simply put if you wear a cushioned shoe the heel strike the ground first and it puts more pressure on the heel ( around 3 times the weight of body is transmitted thru heel with every ground stroke ) - ade barefoot ayithe you strike the ground with forefoot and midfoot and it is more aligned with the anatomy.


Of course, short term lo pedda difference vundadu, but if there are any avid runners it may be a good idea to try barefoot.

I am running since an year - weekly around 2-3 hrs; barefoot ki maradam ani planning.
