Chiru movies lo my all time favorite 5 lo vuntadi ee cinema. Not Chiru acting, the whole movie is very good. Ilanti cinemalu inkonchem ekkuva teeyalsindi Chiru. Year 4-5 movies vachhe time lo teeyaledu, tarvata year ki 1-2 time lo em teesthaadu. Ippudanna Amitabh lo performance ki scope vunna movies lo second inns start chesthe bavuntadhi. |

Acting + Star power loo NTR tharuvaatha Chiru nee mana TFI loo naa personal opinion!
I don't even know when I started following Chiru closely... but, oka range loo ishtam Chiru antee... ikkada Chiru/Kamal/Rajni ani comparing sesthuinnaru... yevari way valladi...
CHIRU Kamal type loo Sagara Sangamam, Vichitra Sodarulu cheyyaledu
Kamal Chiru type loo GM/Gang Leader/Rudra Veena (Tamil loo soosthee telusuthundi.. no way near to Telugu movie idi ani) cheyyaledu
Rajni Chiru/Kamal type loo Sagara Sangamama or Rudraveena/Aapathbaandhavudu cheyyaledu...
for me, CHIRU ROCKS anthee! I jumped from Balcony to lower level in a theater(in my 10th class) to take an autograph of CHIRU (theater opening cheyyataaniki vacchadu).. I still have that with me...that was/will be a memorable experience for me....gaaliloo theelinattu vundee.. when he was giving me an autograph!

If Chiru had got personal satisfaction from this movie he would have made such movies every one or two years.
This is best performance by Chiru. He would have made many such movies if this was not loss to the production house financially . I guess he also made one more off beat movie by name "Aradhana". And much versatile actor, although he dint risk and come out of image in last few pictures.

I remember the contreversy around this story. Rumoured that this was originally scripted by R Narayana Murthy for himself. He approached Usha Kiran films and failed and some one did streal the story idea and sold it to Anjana Productions, who improvised the story and brought in Bala Chandar and Ilaya Raja. Looks R Narayana Murthy cried out in public news papers about this once the movie got national awards and was later became silent.
Anyways, Ilaya Raja, Chiranjeevi and Bala chandar rocked the movie, in the same order.
