Notting Hill *ing julia roberts, hugh grant - 4/5...started it at 11 PM yday night..wanted to see half and hit the sack....but watched it till the end..its a feel good movie.....loved hugh grant's acting..its all abt the love betn the biggest hollywood star and a poor book seller in UK.. Scream - 3.25/5...is a thriller set in the backdrop of serial killings in a small town.....good to watch a thriller after a long time HEAT - *ing al pacino, rob de niro.....4/5..just for the confrontation scene between al pacino and rob de niro..great acting by the two legends.....loved the movie.. Arranged - 3.5/5...its abt how two unusual women strike a chord and befriend each other..and how arranged marriages work for both of them...its a nice watch.. The Usual Suspects - 4/5.....GREAT THRILLER..it is a v complicated story of 5 usual suspects plotting for something which never existed..and falling prey to some imaginary character who is one among them.. | ||

blue velvett is a good movie....it justifies the sickos that we come across in the movie and judges them without prejudice....its like a thriller...and the violence n sex portrayed in it is spooky n weird but not in bad taste....the movie is shockin but at the same time interesting...through out the movie the narrator alerts u that this is going to be a wild ride by constantly referring to the phrase its a strange world....superr movie.... clockwork orange is an excellent concept....a satire on the violence that was depicted on tv in those days....by dressing up the mob like jokers the director coversup despicable acts of the group with humor....even some of the violent shots are juxtaposed with cartoons or they r shown in a fastforward motion to reduce the affect....the movie itself is about violence so it justifies those scenes...cause unless the audience know the psychology of the lead actor they cant relate to his transformation.... | ||
