Salary depending on job/experience/location combinations. Before sending the LC [not LCA], you will be asked to sign the application. In the application you should have seen what the min prevailing wage for the position at that location and how much your company is offering you. I am pretty sure they will offer you more than prevailing wage. Got it...let us say I got an offer for FT with 50K...when i transfer my h1b i am sure in LC(for h1b for new company) it celarly says 50K, then I asked the company 2 do my GC based on EB2(either MS if job requires if not then BS + 5yrs exp), company filed Under EB2. Nenu cheppindi kooda adhe.. Min pay is determined by labor dept. Vaallu job location/grade choosi intha ani decide chestaru. Aa rate kannaa single cent takkuva unnaa query estaru and mostly reject koodaa chestaru. There is one small allowance tho. H1 appudu 45K ki nee LCA accept ayyindi. But GC appudu 40K ki LC lo veste, they will ask. But becoz of the economy and company financial troubles, we aer giving less ante Labor dept ki okay. This happened my frens wife. So basic gaa takkuva ivvaru mostly. Ichhinaa nuvvu teeskovu. Teeskunte matuku, LCA lo ne atkaaistadi nee application. So you will know before hand the result of LCA and then decide to take FT or not. ??? Nuvvu jump kodithe H1 ki LCA apply chestaru kadaa.. appudu min pay ki 5% takkuva pay ante lepi lepi kodataru nee application ni.. ainaa 5% ki takkuva enduku istaru tammi? That is wrong.. unethical.. Once H1 ochhinanka, GC ki LC apply chestaru... daantlo koodaa similar figures undaale as they did in LCA. Takkuva unte rejection ki bochhedu chances..
